Report an Error or Make a Complaint
At Poligen360, we are committed to honest and accurate reporting. If you spot a mistake or have a concern about our content, we want to hear from you.
Found a Mistake?
If you see a factual error in one of our stories, please let us know.
How to report it:
Send an email to editorial@poligen360.com and include:
- The Article: A link (URL) to the story.
- The Mistake: Which part is incorrect?
- The Correction: What the facts should be (and any links to prove it).
- Contact Info: Your name and phone number so we can follow up.
Our Process:
We check all reports within 2 working days. If we made a mistake, we will update the story. For major errors, we will add a clear note at the bottom explaining what was changed.
Right of Reply
If you or your organization are featured in a story and feel your perspective was missed, please contact us. We aim to be fair and may update the article or include your statement to ensure the full story is told.
Editorial Concerns & Complaints
If you have a serious concern about the way a story was handled, you can file a formal complaint by emailing editorial@poligen360.com
Please include:
- Subject: Complaint – [Article Title]
- The Issue: What specific part of the story is the problem?
- The Reason: Why do you feel this is wrong or harmful?
- The Goal: What would you like us to do to fix it?
Our Promise: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and provide a detailed response within 10 working days.
Urgent Matters
For issues involving safety, legal threats, or privacy, please put URGENT in your email subject line and include a phone number. We will move these to the top of our list.
What We Don’t Change
To protect our editorial independence, we generally do not change:
- Opinions: Clearly marked analysis or “Op-Eds” (unless a fact is wrong).
- Public Records: Information gathered from official court or government documents.
- Fair Reporting: If the facts are correct and the story is fair, we won’t change it just because it’s unpopular.

We value your trust. Any information you share here is used only to investigate your report and will not be shared with third parties.
