New Zealand November 13th , 2024 : Consumer NZ’s latest annual survey reveals that mobile phone customers are most satisfied with Skinny and 2degrees, while One NZ ranks lowest in customer satisfaction.

Consumer NZ has recently unveiled its latest survey on mobile phone providers, highlighting the top performers and areas needing improvement.

According to the 2024 results, Skinny and 2degrees have topped the satisfaction charts, earning high praise for their customer support and value for money.

Skinny, with a 77% satisfaction score, and 2degrees, with 71%, both received the prestigious People’s Choice award for their stellar performance.

On the other end of the spectrum, One NZ finds itself at the bottom of the list, scoring just 58% in overall customer satisfaction.

Key areas for improvement include customer support, billing accuracy, and data usage management.

Despite Kogan Mobile’s high satisfaction rating, it missed out on the People’s Choice award due to an ongoing investigation by the Commerce Commission into its parent company, Kogan.com

Spark and Warehouse Mobile also showed room for improvement, with Spark struggling particularly in the value-for-money category.

Consumer NZ’s findings underscore the importance of reliable service and good value, especially amid rising living costs.
